Pat dry the pork, put in shallow dish and season with Toasted Onion Sea Salt& Applewood Pepper.Coat the seasoned pork well with cornstarch and set aside.
Put 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil in skillet over medium heat, add green beans and cook a few minutes to just crisp. Transfer green beans to a plate.
Turn heat to medium-high and add remaining Toasted Sesame Oil. When oil is hot add pork. Stir-fry until pork is almost cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce to medium heat and add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic, rice wine vinegar, and Ginger Cane Sugar. Stir quickly to coat the pork and add green beans. When dish is coated transfer to platter.
