Toasted Sesame & Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Pork & Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, thinly sliced into 1/4" strips
  • 1 tsp Toasted Onion Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Applewood Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil, divided
  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp of peeled & grated ginger
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. each: Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic& rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Ginger Cane Sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Pat dry the pork, put in shallow dish and season with Toasted Onion Sea Salt& Applewood Pepper.Coat the seasoned pork well with cornstarch and set aside.
  2. Put 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil in skillet over medium heat, add green beans and cook a few minutes to just crisp. Transfer green beans to a plate.
  3. Turn heat to medium-high and add remaining Toasted Sesame Oil. When oil is hot add pork. Stir-fry until pork is almost cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Reduce to medium heat and add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic, rice wine vinegar, and Ginger Cane Sugar. Stir quickly to coat the pork and add green beans. When dish is coated transfer to platter.
  5. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
